This policy outlines acceptable content on Kreatrix and explains how we handle intellectual property claims and content takedown requests.
Part 1: Content Guidelines
1.1 Acceptable Use
Kreatrix is designed for legitimate creative and professional purposes. You may use our platform to:
- Create original artwork, illustrations, and designs
- Generate content for marketing, social media, and business use
- Produce educational and informational materials
- Develop creative projects for personal or commercial use
- Prototype and iterate on creative concepts
- Enhance and edit your own images and videos
1.2 Prohibited Content
The following types of content are strictly prohibited:
Child Safety Violations
Any content depicting, suggesting, or relating to the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors is absolutely prohibited and will be reported to authorities.
Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery
Generating nude, sexual, or intimate images of real people without their explicit consent, including "deepfake" pornography.
Deceptive Content
Content created to deceive, defraud, or spread disinformation, including fake news, fraudulent documents, or impersonation for malicious purposes.
Hateful Content
Content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
Illegal Activities
Content promoting or facilitating illegal activities, including drug manufacturing, weapons creation, terrorism, or human trafficking.
Privacy Violations
Content that exposes private information (doxxing), violates confidentiality, or infringes on individuals' privacy rights.
1.3 Content Moderation
We employ a combination of automated systems and human review to detect and remove prohibited content. We reserve the right to:
- Remove content that violates these guidelines
- Suspend or terminate accounts of repeat violators
- Report illegal content to appropriate authorities
- Cooperate with law enforcement investigations
Part 2: DMCA & Copyright Policy
2.1 Respect for Intellectual Property
Kreatrix respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond to valid takedown notices.
2.2 Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content on Kreatrix infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: Describe the work you claim is infringed, or provide a list if multiple works are involved.
- Identification of infringing material: Provide URLs or other specific information to help us locate the allegedly infringing content.
- Your contact information: Include your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

2.3 Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or San Francisco, CA if outside the US)
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the original complainant
- Your physical or electronic signature
2.4 Repeat Infringers
Kreatrix maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We track DMCA notices and may terminate accounts after receiving multiple valid complaints.

3.2 What to Include in Reports

We aim to review all reports within 48 hours. For urgent safety issues, we prioritize immediate review. We may contact you for additional information if needed.
